Day 7: Homecoming day.
Everybody is talking about the HK experience. Cin li is very pleased. Jie looks sad to leave hong kong. Chang looks like he forced a smile.
Everyone is tired from all the walking.
Li yen looks quite sad somehow. Maybe she's kinda happy to go home. lol
Douglas talking bout HK. Arnold looks sad to be leaving hk also. See his face! :\
WB TO SG!
Day 6: ( the day with most photographs, even though sifted. 30 here.)
WOW TRAM!
Mr dennis goh looks like he's digging his nose while cin li isn't looking. (hope he's not)
Beautiful yet unfamous odd facade on a glass building. (looks reflective)
Group pic yay!
the extremely long escalator that leads to some residential area. we went up and found nothing interesting. -.-
Riding inside it.
I like this pic cos they're all moving in a different direction. and they look like they're having fun on the escalator! WOW! i'm good. (i'm just kidding. =.=)
Instructions to riding an escalator. Sheesh, it sounds like my mum.
LOOK AT THE ROOTS OF THAT TREE! OMG! IT'S BROWN!
Cute dog, held by li yen. behind is amy but she dun wan take pic. =(
Pigeon coming out happy from a bar. Please come again.
Long long old staircase. We din go up there. Many movies were filmed there, normally featuring being robbed.
It looks as if the walls turn into floor and floors turn into walls, but haiz. sadly the architect isn't very honest. :\
Arts + People = Stand in the middle of the road. <- Road goes down. -> road goes up.
The tram we took to go to the peak. Omg the track was damn steep. i'm sure it was about 45 degrees. People who were standing looked like michael jackson doing that move in a concert. the one where he slants 45 degrees that one.. u know? that one.. uh. ok nvm.
The clay woman is molesting arnold. call the police.
Nice night view of hong kong. Taken from outside the toilet :x The toilet is on the lowest floor of The Peak. plumbing construction must've been difficult.
So many rich pple living on the mountain. I wish i had money T_T
View of the IFC and the current 2nd tallest building of hong kong. Also with the future tallest building of hong kong, in the background in kowloon.
More houses on mountain. T_T STILL salute HKers.
Nice buildings far from The Peak. Looks like its on an island. but i dont know. lol. (IT WAS VERY HARD TO TAKE THIS PICTURE! TRIED 7 TIMES IT ALL SHOOK EXCEPT THIS!)
The bustling streets of hong kong.
The famous bank of china tower.
The building looks continuous only because of the reflection inbetween. So cool.
Someone said it looks like the walkway in SP! O_O well a bit la.
Lippo center. Prev known as bond building. Very dynamic structure.
Vandalism on the structure of a bridge, insulting a famous poet named Kong Zi. It means the followers of his words are failures.
Another view of the lippo buildings. Check out the top of the tall column! wowowow! (ornament? )
me laming. making fun of that girl cos she looks funny doing that.
BUS TRAVELLING very slowly.... I just increased exposure.
Streets of Hong Kong at midnight. Still bustling.
Day 5:
Hong Kong Style. Messy, yet nice. (in a way ._.)
Hong Kong skyline. from lu architects.
Looks to me like some... illegal buildings? lol
Tall buildings built on top of a hill. i salute hong kongers.
Trams. Extinct from singapore.
Nice Hazy View of Kowloon from HK Island.
Welcome to... this museum that i cant rmb the name. but it was built when hk was handed to china. Chinese are kiasu. Lol (later i found out it's not a museum, it's the Convention and Exhibition Center. thx kran)
Interesting uncomfortable chair designs outside a library/museum/ something. i dont know. lol Oh right it's the hong kong arts center. (kran said it's outside the YMCA building)
Odd-shaped staircase designed like this because of the shape of the precast pieces.
Hazy skyline and a heavily used main road.
Woman Street.
So many toys at the toy shop beside a smelly tofu shop near woman street. So many toys, yet no domo for my good friend D:
Enjoying ourselves once again at Lucky Dessert. Jie looks like he's not enjoying himself, but actually he IS! Kang Li looks happy. (no he did not wink at me, it's just motion blur) Douglas is daring Lay Yong to drink the durian soup. She doesn't like durian. In return, if she drink the soup, he has to eat smelly tofu, in which in the end he was forced to eat. hah!
Day 4:
Eating at some small street place. Food looks safe tho.
Sooooo streeettttt...
The underground passes are like singapore's. though, kang li looks kinda lost.
13 storey shopping mall below a tall office.
Escalator that skips 2 floors and goes straight to the 4th storey (from the 1st storey).
Nice tornado-like lighting art structure.
taken down from the stairway from the 12-13 storey.
On the 13th storey. It looks as if it's outdoors, though the ceiling is actually a canvas sheet with projectors shown on it.
Goose meat with noodles. It's heavenly! @_@
Banners cover the skies of hong kong.
Day 3:
Pokka lemon tea bottle. so cute. it's aluminium, unlike singapore's pokka.
Old house. Went as site visit.
So... retro hong kong?
Large airwell.
unwanted plants are growing on the roof!!!
Paper cuttings. Pro!
the escalator for humans who are taking flight.
Went to a showflat, and i saw this. A model of a man in a bowling alley hit in the crotch by a flying chair.
BBQ with HKCityU students at night. (notice i never say HKCU cos HKCU is Hong Kong Chinese University. WRONG!)
The best dessert in town. features specialty of DURIAN SOUP!
